GF Waffle Breakfast Sandwiches

Breakfast (any time of the day) is one of my family’s favorite meals. I have tried to be a little creative with our “breakfasts” because the same old pancakes can be rather boring. My latest idea was to make breakfast sandwiches using waffles. They are quite tasty, even if I do say so myself! Enjoy, and be blessed!

GF Waffle Breakfast Sandwiches


Ingredients:

  • Better Batter Gluten-free Pancake Mix
  • Milk (or substitute)
  • Eggs (or substitute)
  • Breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, ham, etc.)
  • Cheese slices (I like to use cheddar.)


Instructions:

Make waffles according to the instructions on the Better Batter Gluten-free Pancake and Biscuit Mix. 


Cook your choice of breakfast meat. I like thin-sliced ham or bacon.

Cook your choice of egg for your sandwich. I like fried egg with the yolk broken and cooked through. My kids like scrambled eggs.

Assemble your Sandwich. I butter my waffles, then layer ham and egg with cheese on top.

Enjoy your yummy “breakfast!”
