In 2006, I started mixing gluten free flour by hand in my kitchen so I could make my mom’s pie crust for my kids with food allergies. Word got out & I quickly became an accidental entrepreneur!  Even though the company and product line has grown,  I still have the same goal in mind: I want you to be able to SAFELY & EASILY make the foods you remember, using the recipes you love.
