Peach Crumble
One of Naomi's favorite 'church potluck' recipes from growing up, this is a real crowd pleaser.

Peach Crumble
Serves: 12 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 30-45 min
Ingredients
- 2 large cans peaches, drained
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- One package Better Batter Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 tsp butter pecan flavoring extract, optional
- 1 c regular or DF butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare 2-3 quart casserole by spraying with cooking spray.
If desired combine dry cake mix and flavoring extract in a medium bowl until evenly mixed. This is not necessary but adds a lot to the flavor.
Pour peaches into casserole, then add cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the peaches, to form a thick layer.
Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix - this will look very dry! that is good!
Bake for 30-45 minutes, then remove from oven, and serve.
