Powdered Sugar Butter Cakes

Powdered Sugar Butter Cakes

Serves: 12-24 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 10 min 

 

Ingredients

Cake Ingredients

  • 1 package Better Batter Gluten Free Yellow or Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs

 

Glaze Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons regular or df  butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

 

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Using non-stick cooking spray, grease two muffin tins.

 

Mix cake mix with water, oil and eggs and stir until smooth. 

 

Fill muffin tins about 1/3 of the way full.

 

Bake for 10 minutes or until cakes are golden brown. Let cool. Remove from muffin tins.

 

Melt 3 tablespoons of gluten free butter and brush tops of cupcakes with melted butter using a pastry brush. Roll Cupcakes in powdered sugar and allow to sit for about 5 minutes to allow a glaze to form before serving.
