GF Powdered Sugar Butter Cakes
GF Powdered Sugar Butter Cakes
Serves Makes 24-30 cupcakes.
Ingredients
- 1 18.25 oz. Better Batter Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons gluten free butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Using non-stick cooking spray, grease two muffin tins. Mix cake mix with water, oil and eggs according to directions on the box.
Fill muffin tins about 1/3 of the way full.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cakes are golden brown. Let cool. Remove from muffin tins.
Melt 3 tablespoons of gluten free butter and brush tops of cupcakes with melted butter using a pastry brush. Roll Cupcakes in powdered sugar and serve.
