Manwich Clone Recipe
A sandwich is a sandwich, but a Manwich.... is my favorite! Unfortunately, my family is allergic to onion and garlic (and we try to avoid corn syrup), so I created this recipe - which is pretty darn close, if I say so myself - for those nights when sloppy joes are on the menu. This recipe makes enough for 2lb of regular or vegan ground beef and is naturally free of corn syrup and starch.

Denny's Original Grand Slam Clone Recipe
One of my favorite memories as a child was being taken to Denny’s for their Grand Slam breakfast – at $1.99 it was a steal, and a yummy steal at that. Fast forward 30 years, and I am no longer able to eat gluten, and the Grand Slam is no longer $1.99, but I can still give my kids the same experience, by making this at home. This recipe is scaled to serve one in the original Denny’s size.

My neighbor cries with glee when I share this classic dessert on summer nights. These ice cream sandwiches are a delightful departure from the norm when you swap in Mexican chocolate for regular chocolate chips. Found in the International Food aisle (or online), Mexican chocolate has a hint of cinnamon which is delicious paired with vanilla ice cream for a cool, summer treat. Plan ahead and make this dough the night before you want to serve; it is crucial this dough chills in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight otherwise the cookies will spread too much.
