Easy Strawberry Cake
This simple and fast gluten and dairy free strawberry cake is the perfect dessert to make and enjoy this spring and summer.

Easy Strawberry Cake
Servings 10 | Prep Time 15 mins | Cook Time 45 to 55 mins
Ingredients
- 1 package Better Batter Yellow Cake Mix, made to the batter step, according to package directions
- zest from 2 lemons
- 2 3/4 cups diced strawberries
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Prepare the Cake as directed on the back of the Better Batter box.
Fold in the lemon zest.
Fold in the strawberries.
Pour the batter into your bundt pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. If you are in high altitude it takes 35-45 minutes to bake.
Allow to cool for about 20 minutes, before flipping onto a cake plate. Allow it to cool for an additional 15 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
