Easy GF Sheet Pan Pancakes
This viral Sheet Pan Pancake recipe is easy to make gluten and dairy free with our award winning Pancake & Biscuit Mix!
Easy GF Sheet Pan Pancakes
Serves 8-12 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 17 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Better Batter Pancake Mix* (choose one):
- 224g Original Pancake Mix (with oil) OR
- 200g New Pancake Mix + (2 Tbsp) 24g vegetable oil
- 2 cups (473 ml) milk or DF sub
- 2 eggs (or 1/2 c liquid egg replacer, see pancake box for replacement tips)
- Additional fruit or other toppings, as desired, about a cup.
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with non-stick spray or brush with vegetable oil.
Create Batter. Add all of your ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle pancake batter with your favorite toppings, if desired.
Bake. Place pan in oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the pancake.
Serve warm with butter and syrup, if desired.
