UPS and USPS have highly restrictive guidelines for claims regarding food purchases.
We offer an optional Product Protection Plan to cover orders for leakage/tearing of internal bags, resulting in loss of product. Generally this fee is $3.50 per order, but may vary. This plan does not cover cosmetic damage (rips/tears in external packaging, crushing, etc). Customers must opt into our PPP to make a claim for damages.
Please note: Product Protection Plans and Shipping Fees are not refundable.
