Get ready for a new month with a fresh new menu plan this July!

It’s the last full month of summer break for our family.  We have more fun things planned this month too!  Plus, it’s the month my husband is on vacation, that will be so nice.

We are just doing a staycation this year, but we still have lots of fun things planned to do with the kids.  I’m looking forward to just relaxing in the pool that week too.

Do you have big plans this month?  Maybe lots of summer cookouts?  We tend to have those frequently throughout the summer too.  That means lots of cooking on my part.  I always keep everything gluten-free too, which I have found is actually super easy since I have Better Batter on hand!  It’s my go-to for everything gluten-free.

Monday-

Start the week with Gluten Free Crispy Squash Chips, they are perfect with garden fresh squash.  Let’s do an easy dinner tonight with Easy Taco Salad.

Tuesday-

This Vanilla Lemon Bread is perfect with a cup of coffee in the morning.  Then, let’s do a Grilled Sweet and Sour Skewer Recipe for dinner!

Wednesday- 

Make tasty Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers for dinner and serve up this Gluten Free Blueberry Crisp for dessert.

Thursday-

Snack on these Zucchini Pizza Bites.  Then, for dinner make a delicious Eggplant Parmigiana.

Friday-

Celebrate because it’s Friday with these Fluffy Funfetti Pancakes. Make an easy dinner with Instant Pot Chicken Fajitas!
