Get ready for a new DECADE with a weekly menu plan!

We’ve officially started a new decade, have you wrapped your mind around that? I sure haven’t!  When this decade started I was just starting out on my motherhood journey and also my gluten-free journey.

At that time when I started eating gluten-free, it was basically unheard of and there was virtually nothing you could find that was gluten-free.  Shortly after that, I discovered Better Batter and it was a game-changer!  I suddenly realized I could make everything I was making before gluten-free with a simple swap of flours.

I’ve been doing that ever since too, thankfully over time gluten-free products have become more prominent too and it’s even possible to go out to eat sometimes too!

As we head into this new year and a new decade, I suggest starting it with a menu plan.  A menu plan can truly save you at dinner time, plus your grocery budget too.  It allows you to plan out dinner for the week ahead and know exactly what to get at the store too.

Let’s get to this week’s menu!

Week of Good Eats

Remember ALL of these recipes are gluten-free too!

Monday –

Start this week with a warm bowl of soup with this Pressure Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup.  This can be made in an Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi.

It’s best served with gluten-free cornbread.

Tuesday –

On Tuesday, make this great Air Fried Blooming Onion as an appetizer before dinner.  Now for dinner enjoy this BBQ Chicken Pizza!

Wednesday –

Start the day with Vanilla Lemon Bread and a cup of coffee.  For dinner enjoy a bowl of Creamy Chicken Noodles.

Thursday –

It’s a good day to enjoy a classic with this Gluten-Free Chicken Fried Steak.

Friday –

On Friday, warm up with grilled cheese and bowl of this creamy tomato soup.  It’s a wonderful meal to end the week with.

Bonus Recipes!

Is it snowing where you live?  Another fun addition is to make these Gingerbread Waffles with some snow, this is our go-to recipe for snow days.  Of course, where I live we rarely have snow days.

If you have the seasoned flour from Better Batter, I highly recommend this 2-Ingredient Air Fried Chicken with their seasoned flour.  It’s AMAZING.

That should get you started this year to some great recipes that are all gluten-free.
