Here’s a great, sweet quick bread – it will make your house smell like a cafe, and it tastes twice as good as it smells!

Here’s a great, sweet quick bread – it will make your house smell like a cafe, and it tastes twice as good as it smells!

Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. honey
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. Better Batter gluten free flour
1 c. brewed coffee

Instructions

 Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together, in any order you’d like. Pour into greased 9×13 baking pan or
2 loaf pans. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. (Usually 45 min- 1 hour). Enjoy!
