1 c. Gluten Free Terriyaki Sauce
2 Tbs. Ground Ginger
1/4 c. Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Light Corn Syrup or Honey
1 clove minced fresh garlic (optional)
1 lb. chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
2 c. (8oz or 227g) Better Batter All Purpose Flour
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. rice
2 c. water
Oil for frying chicken
Dash of salt for rice

1. Boil 2 cups of salted water. Add rice. Cook for 20 minutes.

While rice is cooking, prepare your chicken.
1. Cut chicken into small cubes (about 1in. pieces)
2. Mix egg and milk throughly.
3. Mix flour with 1 Tbs. Ground ginger.
4. Place chicken cubes in flour. Coat evenly.
5. Dip chicken in egg & milk mixture until coated evenly.
6. Place chicken cubes back in flour and coat evenly.
7. Set chicken aside.

Prepare Sauce
1. Mix Terriyaki Sauce, Soy Sauce, 1 Tbs. Ground Ginger, and Minced Garlic (if desired)
2. Add 1/4 c. corn syrup or honey
3. Mix well and set aside.

Fry Chicken
1. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
2. Drop battered chicken pieces into hot oil and cook until done. (Chicken should float on top of the oil.)
3. When chicken is done, place on paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil.

Final touches
1. Place chicken in clean, dry wok or frying pan.
2. Add terriyaki sauce to chicken and cook until sauce is thickened. Stirring frequently.
3. Serve over bed of rice and ENJOY your Gluten Free Chinese food!
