So I thought we’d switch it up a little bit this week. Since it is Thanksgiving, I wanted to talk about some delicious gluten-free, vegetarian items that you can have your holiday table this year! With all these delicious recipes, you are bound to find a few that you love!
As a main dish, I would suggest this earthy and delicious Mushroom Spaghetti Squash Recipe! It is easy to make and will be satisfying to all!

Thanksgiving doesn’t seem complete without stuffing. In the case of a vegetarian, we just bake our stuffing in a casserole dish! I recently made a Jalapeno Stuffing, which used “tamed” jalapenos and was a HIT! Use can use some of your freshly made bread (using Better Batter flour) to make the bread cubes!
