Happy Monday! It is time to talk about our Gluten-Free Menu Plan! We have some great menu items this week!
Monday – If you love soup on a chilly winter night, then we have got you covered with this Rustic Potato Soup. Grab a bowl and your favorite gluten-free roll to dip into this soup.
Tuesday – We are pulling out all the stops to make the kids happy by serving up our Mexican Tator Tot Casserole! Who doesn’t like tator tots? They are a favorite in our house!
Wednesday – Wild Rice and Mushroom Casserole will take center stage on the dinner table. It will be flanked by some steamed broccoli and corn niblets.
Thursday – Peas please! That is right, your family will be begging you for more when they taste this easy-to-make, Pea Risotto!
Friday – Happy Friday! Tonight we are serving up some Tofu Stir Fry. There is a lot of color in this dish and it is simple to make. It makes a lot, so you can enjoy the left overs this weekend!
