These ridiculously moist and flavorful muffins are absolutely the
best muffins in the world and abnormally easy to make, if you keep Boxed Cake Mix
on hand. Chocolate chunks are surrounded by muffin so intense, it’s really more of a cake. Feel free to make smaller muffins, but
adjust the cooking time accordingly.
4 cups Boxed Cake Mix
3/4 c cocoa powder
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c milk
1/3 c oil
1 tsp baking powder
8 oz chocolate chunks
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chunks, together. Stir in the chips and spoon into lined, texas-sized muffin cups.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until the tops are firm. Let cool completely!

Yummy! I thought they tasted just like Udi’s choc. choc. chip muffins. Last weekend I had Udi’s…..well……my opinion has changed. I think better batter muffins taste BETTER that Udi’s! Delicious! Less expensive too! It was a hit with all four of my kids. One of my daughters even requested this be her cupcakes for her b-day!
