Another great master recipe to keep on hand, this bread crumb mix can be kept on hand and used anywhere you want to bread food. It’s a great use for stale bread, or for any bread recipe that might have flopped (Hey, it happens!).
2 loaves any Bread Recipe, sliced and allowed to stale for at least 3 days, and then processed in blender till crumbs (about 8 c)
2 tsp parsley flakes
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
1tsp salt
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a large bowl; use a spoon to mix until uniform. Seal tightly in a plastic bag, making sure to label.
