There was a wood-fired pizza shop in Ft. Lauderdale that used to make a fully loaded pizza that was pricey - but completely worth it. The classic flavors of olives, peppers, mushrooms and onions, are complimented by the addition of artichoke hearts. Pine Nuts or Walnuts area nice optional hidden ingredient give a nutty undertone to the meal, that would normally be provided by anchovies.

One of the great classic pies of Italy, pizza Margherita is traditionally a stunning combination of fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese. Use your favorite non-dairy cheese or try our mild, homemade version.  For authenticity try to use fresh basil.

Fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, and a healthy dose of garlic counterbalance the creamy white sauce, which is made from a judicious amount of rosemary, olive oil, and onions. This recipe utilizes our Non Dairy Mozzarella Cheese recipe. Remember to halve the ingredients if you're only making one regular crust pizza as opposed to two very thin crust pizzas. This recipe is scaled to make 2 thin crust pizzas or 1 12" regular crust pizza.

Sometimes you just want a commercial, delivery style pizza. This pizza fits the bill - no fancy toppings, no gourmet sauces, and no odd textures. The simplest of our pizza recipes, this can be used as a base to top with anything you like. This makes one 12 inch regular crust or 14 inch thin crust pizza.

This recipe was inspired by the bold, slightly spicy, Sicilian thick crust pizza that was served at the local pizza joint in Naomi's husband's small hometown in Pennsylvania. A soft, fluffy crust is enhanced by a bold, oregano scented sauce punched with crushed red pepper and topped with plenty of vegan cheese sauce. Feel free to add additional toppings as you prefer. This recipe makes one jelly roll (17x11x3/4 inch) pan OR a 9x13 inch cake pan PLUS a 9 inch round cake pan.
