2 1/2 cups (10oz or 283.5g) Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. water
8-10 gluten free hot dogs
-mix flour, salt, sugar, butter and water until well combined
-roll dough out to 1/8″ and cut in rectangles as long as the hot dogs
-wrap each hot dog in a “blanket” and place on a greased cookie sheet
-cook for 15-20 minutes @400 until the bottoms are golden brown
