Heart Healthier Avocado Brownies

We lightened up our brownies, slashed calories & added heart healthy, cholesterol lowering fat, & a healthy dose of vitamin K, by swapping out the oil and egg yolks with extra egg white and avocado!
Ingredients
- 1 box Better Batter Gluten Free Fudge Brownie Mix
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 c water
- 2/3 c ripe mashed avocado (about one to two large)
Instructions
In a bowl, blend together water, egg whites, avocado, and Better Batter Fudge Brownie Mix, until smooth.
Continue to cook in a 9×9 or 9×13 pan, following box directions, until fully baked. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
