Publish your recipe in a video, and publish it to the internet, then send an email to us with the link! Entries must be marked no later than the 31st October, 2008 and links emailed to:

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 1) Contest is void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. 2) Enter as often as you like but only one entry may qualify as a winner. One winner per household. 3) Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Better Batter Gluten Free Flour, LLC will not be responsible for misdirected email or broken links. 4) All entries become property of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour. Entry constitutes permission to edit, modify, publish and otherwise use the recipe in any way without compensation.
RECIPE REQUIREMENTS: 1) Recipes must be created using Better Batter Gluten Free Flour, in the pie crust 2) Recipe must be original. An original recipe is the product of one's own mind and is not a copy or imitation. If the recipe is derived from a previously published one, it must have at least four significant ingredients that are different and the method of preparation changed to qualify. 'Family secret' recipes will be considered as original 3) Recipe must contain clear and concise instructions and use exact, standard U. S. measurements. 5) Recipe must include: name of recipe, introductory paragraph (250 words or less for email entries), at least one jpg image of at least 600x300 pixels, number of servings, your name, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number.
ELIGIBILITY: 1) Contest open to U.S. residents age 18 or older. 2) Any employee of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour, LLC, its affiliated companies, contest sponsors, their agencies and families are not eligible.
JUDGING: 1) Recipes will be judged on photo (appearance), creativity (blog and video), taste, originality, and ease of preparation. 2) Winning recipes will be selected by our entire staff. 3) Judges will disqualify recipes which to their knowledge are previously published recipes. 4) Judges will select only one grand prize winner, one first prize winner, two second prize winners, and two third prize winners. 5) Winners will be selected on or about September 1 and notified by e-mail or telephone. Your first name, the city and state you are from, and your winning entry will be published on the website. You may choose to submit a jpg photo of yourself, if desired for publication, also.
PRIZES: 1) Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prizes is allowed. Better Batter Gluten Free Flour reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
Prize Schedule:
Grand Prize(1) One Year Supply of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour (based on average use of 10 pounds of flour per month).
First Prize (1) Six Month Supply of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour (based on average use of 10 pounds of flour per month)
Second Prize (2) 25 pounds of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
Third Prize (2) 5 pounds of Better Batter Gluten Free Flour.
