How long is shelf life?

We recommend 2 years at room temperature. We’ve used it longer than that – but if you’re not using bulk within two years, what’s the point of buying in bulk, right??

How does it need to be stored?

All Better Batter Products can store at room temperature (0 degrees – 90 degrees F) without any problems.

Freezing properly will extend shelf life by 6-9 months, but it’s not necessary.

Storing airtight with oxygen absorbers generally extends shelf life to a period of 10 years or beyond. We’re not that old of a company, but so far all the emergency storage we’ve opened – sealed pails, sealed within mylar bags and oxygen absorbers – have been great.
