It’s apple season! I am continually looking for ways to use the bushels and bushels of apples we u-pick at the local orchards. Why not make these sweet turnovers as a special treat? If you are going through the effort of making gluten-free puff pastry, just make an extra batch and throw it in the freezer. I promise its worth the effort!
