Are you looking for a great allergy free brownie recipe? These allergy free brownies are 100% gluten, dairy,  egg, and soy free. They freeze well, so make a big batch to keep on hand for unexpected company!

 

Ingredients

1 pkg. (4 oz.) Unsweetened Chocolate (you may also use Enjoy life Sweetened Chocolate, if you can’t find allergy free unsweetened baking chocolate)

3/4 cup shortening (use palm shortening)

2 cups coconut sugar or xylitol

¾ cup Plum Baby Food

2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup Batter Gluten Free Flour 

 

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line 13×9-inch pan with aluminum foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray foil with cooking spray or oil well.

Microwave chocolate and shortening in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or  shortening is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in coconut sugar or xylitol. Blend in Plum Baby Food  and vanilla. Add Better Batter flour and mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not over bake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.
